The notification of residence of foreign

The notification of residence of foreign nationals is made by the manager of licensed hotels according to the hotel act, owners of guesthouses, mansions, apartments and rented houses using the form TM. 30.

Please provide the following information to us within 24 hr. after move in.

Park residence will do TM30 for all tanents for free at the fisrt time move-in. It will cover the stay until contract end. However, if customer would like us to re-do TM30 again and again, we have service charge 100 ฺBaht / times for service fees of re-do Tm30.

Failure to provide information about guests or concealment, do not inform the actual number of guests. will be deemed to be an offense under Thai law. It will be reported to Police officer.

For tenants who do not provide information, It is illegal and must be moved out from Park Residence. The Park reserves the right to not refund rental fees and security deposits in any case.
